The bock is a full bodied, malty beer without being overly sweet. It will be released at the start of Lent each year. Now you too can celebrate the Lenten season like a fasting Bavarian Monk.

On tap: pours nice Amber, dark but not dense.
Aroma is nice solid Munich with touch of caramel and nice toastiness.
Taste is similar to aroma, nice Munich malt light toast and caramel.
Mouthfeel is a hint crisp but not overcarbonated
Nice bock, very solid with nice malty flavor but not cloying.
