A: Mahogany highlights on a hazelnut pour has a slight khaki head that was weakly holding. Faint whisper of carbonation. Slight sheeting on the vessel.
S: Brown sugar and cookie dough. Chocolate-oatmeal sense with hints of raisin. Fresh chocolate coffee roast is freshly grounded with hints of muscovado and toasted munich. Semi-dry sense of molasses and baked cookies of good awareness finishes with a slight smoky hint and wet campfire ash.
T: Rich chocolate and raisin roast for flavor. Silty smooth ash, smoky dark roasted munich with some dry muscovado. Some dry raisin and burnt grains. Coffee roast and burnt pine hops finish.
M: Soft and lush oatmeal base with a silty roast warmth.
O: Wish the oatmeal and raisin, caramel was a bit more pronounce. A lot of roasty nature, almost stout like for a brown ale leaves with a bitter and campfire like minerality that overshadows the fresh oatmeal raisin cookie aspect. Dark and bitter coffee roast.

12 ounce can poured into a Duvel tulip glass.
L---Deep, rich brown color. Fluffy, light brown head only stuck around for a minute. It left good lacing, though.
S---All malts. Dark fruits...plum, fig, raisin.
T---Really good. Caramel & dark fruits.
F---Medium+ body. Good carbonation, almost a fizzy feel.
O---A really nice beer. I'm definitely keeping my eye out for Spellbound.

False marketing. Absolutely no hint of "oatmeal cookie." Not sweet. Tastes like coffee without the sugar. Don't buy. The information on the can is filled with lies. There are no notes of cinnamon, raisin, or vanilla, whatsoever. Again, this is simple fraud. Expensive for a 4-pack as well.
It may taste different on tap, but from the can it tastes like what would happen if starbucks made bad soda.

On tap in a standard pint glass.
Very dark brown color with purple-ish highlights. A thin tan colored head endures and leaves rings of lacing.
Raisins, plums. brown sugar, baked barley malt.
Raisins and roasted malt flavors. More brown sugar and oatmeal.
Full body, kind of cookie sweet.
I thought that I was taking a shot on a beer that I might not enjoy. It was, in fact, quite good.
