Appearance: dark brown in color with a short 1/2" head that lingers around a bit.
Smell: dark bread with cinnamon.
Taste: roasted malt, bread, brown sugar, cinammon, and a bit of vanilla. Mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy in body. Lightly crisp throughout. Long lasting aftertaste.
Overall: this was a firkin, and overall the flavors were bold and the sweetness was kept in check. One was enough but it was satisfying.
