Dark golden in color. We add sour cherries to the fermentation on our tripel. Aromas of cherry and fruity esters from the yeast. Finishes with a hint of honey sweetness and lingering cherry.

Purchased at Bound Beverage. $8.50/4pk 12 oz cans.
Pours a hazy, golden yellow color. A small, half-finger whitish head on the initial pour that fades quickly to a ring on the edges.
Aromas of sweet honey and esters.
The initial sip brings a sweet mixture of honey, yeasty esters and a faint cherry flavor. The cherry flavor is not as dominate as I expected. The overall flavor profile is of a sweet Belgian style beer. The ABV is well hidden.
Medium, viscous consistency with low carbonation.
Overall, as a Belgian-style beer, it's well done. However, I didn't get that tangy sour cherry taste I was hoping for. So in the end, middle of the road for me. Cheers!

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a bronze color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of cherries, yeast. Taste follows the aroma, some spices and alcohol are present. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.
