Cloudy golden with a little carbonation, and topped with 3 fingers of white head.
Smells of lemons, skunk, plastic, cellar and bubblegum.
Tastes of bubblegum, cloves, plastic, and dull, bitter hops.
Medium to light body with moderate to high carbonation.
Got at Farm Boys in Cambridge, ON, drinking in New Hamburg, July 29th, 2018. Much like a Hefeweizen to me.

can - pours a hazed pale gold with a puffy 2 finger white cap - lasts and laces the glass. Aroma is natural for an unfiltered lager -big bready malts, light grassy hops and a yeasty funk with light sulphur tones. Flavor is bready rich, earthy, biting hop spiciness, wet long finish. Filling substantial natural lager beer. Nice!

I had this beer from a 500-ml bottle I bought at the LCBO.
Look: The beer's body is cloudy as a result of the presence of yeast and yellow. You cannot see through it, because it is unfiltered. The white head is two-finger and recedes to a small layer. This means that the beer has an excellent head retention, which provides a nice protection from oxidization and bad smell. Last but not least, there is a medium carbonation.
Smell: Because this is just a variation on the lager style, expect nothing in particular. Despite the aromas' weakness, I could smell some malt and residual sugar.
Taste: To my surprise, the palate was a milder replay of the nose. On the front end, you sense a good bite thanks to the carbonation. Afterwards, there is a brief hint of sweetness that is not too aggressive. Then, the beer shifts very quickly to mild notes of graininess and herbal green spices that are almost akin to Blonde Ales and even Saisons.
Feel: Because I had this Kellerbier in a bottle, it was not as fresh as a draught Kellerbier. Despite that, this is a beer I can see myself drinking upon mowing the lawn because of its diminished juiciness. Moreover, the beer has a dry and clean finish like many well made lagers. Unfortunately, I would have loved to feel a little bit more creaminess as this is an unfiltered beer.
Overall: Although I am partial to craft beers in general, this beer made me believe that lagers CAN be well brewed. Other than that, I would pay for this beer again.

Purchased from the LCBO in a 500ML bottle and poured into a wine glass.
The look of the beer is a rather nice hazy golden tone, typical of lagers.
The smell is well balanced between hops and grain in my opinion, the head didn't retain itself particularly well but left some lacing on the glass as the beer was drank.
The taste is big on grains and malt at first but then your left with a rather nice slight bitterness of the hops.
Mouth feel: Low carbonation as well as somewhat creamy in nature, Personally I'd prefer it if the creaminess was more present in its feel or the carbonation was somewhat higher and thus I've docked it a few points for that reason.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color lager with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light dry hops notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by clean cereal notes with some light dry hoppy notes. Residual sugar notes is pretty low. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super great drinkability with great balance.
