This solid offering pours a lightly hazy brown tinged amber with a nice head of off white foam that
subsides to a thick ring, thin subtle swirling pool, and subtle light lacing. Nose of sweet brown sugar
malt and medium breaded malt notes. Flavors exceed by presentation over the rather subtle light nose
with brown sugars and light breaded malt notes mixed with a touch of toffee and caramel notes and
finishing with a peppery and spicy hop note that is balanced. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium
light carbonation, and a spicy hop and malt laden finish. Overall; a solid offering from a new brewery to
me.
