Nitro tap
Pours deep opaque brown, minimal light penetration around the edges. Very fine cream color head retains indefinitely.
Smells like cocoa and fresh roasted coffee. Slight caramel maltiness.
Tastes of coffee, woody notes, slight caramel sweetness, and some toasty bready notes.
Medium to thin body with a creamy carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
A very tasty brown ale with great aroma and appearance. I wish there was a bit more to the body of this one but considering the abv it isn't too surprising. The fullness of flavor exceeds expectations.
