Pours a rich orange bordering amber with a small head that fades away. The aroma is quite sugary with clove and cotton candy notes. Smells like the sweet American style Belgian ales I've had.
The taste has cotton candy and clove, a touch of herbal hops, finishes with a semi dry crispness. Unfermented sugars lend extra body and perceived sweetness. Clove is intense.
Feel full bodied, dry, well carbonated ale. Sweetness runs high borderline cloying.
Overall: Decent but far too sweet.
