Thanks to adrock314 for this one, from his hit in the recent Can cans BIF. 16oz (no date, but a QR code to find that info. Fuck that, that's a bullshit way of doing things.) can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean, clear copper color with an inch of white head that had decent retention, and lacing.
Light floral hops were at the front of the nose, with some nice grain in the background.
Similar on the tongue, with some brighter, citrus-ier hops showing up for some bite. The grain aspect stayed the course, and helped even things out.
The body was light-medium, smooth, had good carb throughout, and a semi-dry finish.
Drinkabilty was very nice, the type of beer I could easily drink several of without getting bored.
Overall, a very nice take on the style. Certainly worth your time if you see it.

Glad they brought this beer back wow I'm not blown away by any crazy flavors or extreme hop bitterness I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and drinkable it was and it even had a bit of hop bitterness in the finish. In a beer world where everything is dry-hopped and bitter it's always good to have an excellent representation of an easy drinking Style.

I have not written a full beer review in quite a while. Based on the few ratings I've seen here, it's now a must. I'm visiting Pittsburgh and had the great pleasure of coming across this beer on tap. What a GREAT representation of the style. Well balanced, somewhat bready /cracker notes and a fresh hop perfectly bitter finish. What's classic is that BEFORE I looked at the beer on this site, a I told the brewer that Pale Ale isn't getting its due anymore since everyone wants extreme beer. I'm sorry, I've earned the right to say this. If you rate this an average beer, you don't understand what a Pale Ale is..... Great beer for the style and better yet, just a great beer.

Pretty standard fair. Served on draft, mostly a medium copper hue. Aroma is unimpactful, just a little hops and base malt. Flavor leans more toward the piney hop variety not much variety or depth. The kind of beer you'd find at any anonymous start-up brewery.

Pretty fruity hop flavor. Decent aftertaste. Good copper hue. Good carb, but it fade from the overall beer pretty quick. Smells malty with some flowers. Good.
