Had this on 2020-01-28 near Pittsburgh, PA from a fresh 16oz can
A - Clear copper with a 1-finger off-white head that drops quickly leaving mild lace.
S - Good whiff of lightly-toasted-freshly-baked-sourdough bread with pear jam, a touch of caramel and mild earthy spice
T - Echoes the aroma. Rich in bread and caramel flavors with nice fruit overtones, hint of spruce, holiday spice and low bitterness.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. Smooth and satisfying
O - Reminds me of a Jack's Abby Saxony Lager, which is high praise. This is like a cross between a Vienna Lager and a German Kellerbier. Legit!
