Malt: Chocolate, Crystal 60 and Marris Otter
Hop: Apollo and Willamette (33 IBUs)
English yeast
Characteristics: Aroma of a smokey campfire, coffee, chocolate and toasted marshmallows.
Very smokey, like a rausch bier. The smell is smokier than most other Rausches. The taste is more of the same--hard to come up with any other flavors. A bit too much for my tastes. The color is brown and clear. Modest head that dies quickly.
