A lovely silky smooth carrot cocktail. Clearly, carrots were harmed in this fruit-forward machine. A mild Belgian white pepper-spiced flavor plays well all the way to the end. Medium bitterness in the finish begs you to have another sip. Luckily it didn’t kick out any green ones like in the book.
