On tap at his restaurant.

Quite a pale yellow with a small head. Light carbonation is visible. Aroma is sweet with light hops coming through. Not much else.

Taste has some slight hops bitterness with a dry finish. There was an unusual aftertaste that I couldn't quite figure out.

Mouthfeel was also light. Overall, it is pretty drinkable though I wouldn't choose this. Seems to make a good effort at fitting the style.

On-tap, perfect clarity with a yellow gold hue and decent lacing. Smells of european hops and sweet grassy grain. Light malty palate with a moderate crisp body. Very easy to drink and one of the best beers on the list, very good stab at the Euro-Lager Style.
