Up front caramel notes, toasted bread aroma, hints of toffee, roastiness, and fruitiness. Well rounded with balanced bitterness. Made with local specialty malts, natural ingredients and brewed with pure Edmundston water.

This beer has a red dark color, you can't see trough it but the light pass trough the glass. The foam stick to the glass for a long time and it give a nice apparence to your glass. After a couple of minute there is still some trace of the foam all around your glass.
The brewer is at about 350 km from my hometown and it's the first time I try it. The smell is low and a nice touch of spice. A medium bitter taste.
The price per bottle is 2.39$ (cad) for 341 ml not bad for an artisanal beer.
5.5% ABV, the is IBU:27 and the SRM: 17
It was a nice beer to taste.
