Notes: This copper-coloured ale is a hop-forward IPA with aromas of strong citrus, hints of black currant and pine, and a subtle earthiness balanced by a touch of caramel malt.

This IPA is well pronounced and you can feel the taste of the grapefruit peel.

IBU 70, and a SRM of 11.

The brewer is at 350 km from my hometown and it's my first time trying it.

The bitterness is well pronounced like the Red racer. The difference is this one is unfiltered, you can see the lees in the bottom of the bottle.

I cannot drink two of them in the same day. The bitter taste stay in mouth for many minutes.

The 341 ml bottle sell for 2.55 % (cad)

I will not be recognize for the man with the longest review, but I would have this beer in my house all the time for the occasion and for the relaxing effect it procures. Reqaly enjoyed this opaque like unfiltered regional IPA. They really put their heart in the product when you select as many hops.

Would recommand!

Cloudy dark amber color with explosive activity. Thick creamy light brown 1 finger head, lasting around 15 to 20 minutes, with some very good leggings.

Aromas of sweet caramel biscuits and slightly fruity. Flavors of citrus including orange, mangos, clementine, lemon with some roasted grains, faint pine, floral and herbal spices. Sugary feel but still highly sharp.

Slick medium body with faint prickly carbonation. Medium to strong finish, ending on floral spiciness and strong herbal noble hops, citrus tongue coat and a faint malty feel.

Overall very good quality craft and well intensified being not too coarse. Nice complex rich flavors with an inviting smell. A slightly weak body with a little flatness but still well refreshing.
