This golden lager, extremely complex yet very light, is smooth with a crisp bitterness. It gets its spicy and herbal taste from plenty of noble German hops. It’s as crisp as an early morning Atlantic salmon rise, as cool as the Kedgwick River’s rapids and as clear as the moon over the Forks.

Light gold with modest head. Pilsner malt nose with medium-light body with some hop astringency. Medium carbonation makes it crisp-drinking.

A beer made form 300 km from hometown, first time trying.
First impression, well done. A nice clear yellow, SRM 4.
IBU 31, but not pronounced like other beer I had at 30 or less IBU. Way less bitter and sweater.
You can taste the citrus out of it.
I will definitely have this one again. If you have the chance to try it, go for it.
I have try most of the beer from that brewer, and this one is in the top of their artisanal beer.
The 341 ml bottle retailed for 2.55$ (CAD).
