This BOB offering seems a little weak overall. Hazy peach color with a nice foamy off-white head. Aroma is sweeter with caramel and honey notes. Not much hoppiness in the aroma. Hops come out more on the tongue, sort of piney. The flavors are just a bit too weak here and the body seems to be lacking. Rather boring and uninteresting.

Reviewed 7/17/2005, this is a straight forward American Pale Ale brewed by the New Holland Brewing Company for The B.O.B. Pours a nice copper color, with a medium size NW hop nose, not overpowering but nice. Has a full off white head. The flavor is one of balance malt/hop and sweet/dry. Finish is long and dry, very nice. This is a well made beer, not the biggest pale ale, but not thin or watery either.
