Reviewed 7/17/05, this is a contract brewed beer from New Holland Brewing Company in nearby Holland, MI. Pour is of a hazy gold/straw color with a full white head. Nose is very subdued and leads me to believe that this is more of an American Wheat as opposed to a Hefe-style. Flavor is sweet slightly grassy and light. Mouthfeel carries on the lightness. Finish dries out and ends quickly. NOt good, not bad, very uneventful.
