On-tap poured into a pint glass.
A- It poured a deep gold with a slight haze. The head was about 1/2 finger thick and it became a nice lace that left big sticky spots all down the glass.
S- There was a bubblegum aroma that was evened out by what would be a great deal of hops for the style.
T- The flavor was similar to the smell. It had the bubblegum flavor with strong wheat notes as well as something like a strawberry flavor. Again very solid hop finish for the style.
M- A little grainy, which I'd consider good for the style
D- It's a really easy summer drinker.
Overall- I've heard this recipe came over from Founders along with one of their brewers. This beer really exceded my expectations. It was a little hoppy for the style, but it really made it work.
