this is tasty summery beer, and the artwork on the crowlers is killer too. it is a wheat ale with hibiscus and lime and agave too from what i understand, almost smells and tastes like in incorporates a little belgian yeast too, but i think these esters and floral elements are more from the hibiscus than the wheat, which also serves to turn this one a little bit pink in color. its very lively, fizzy like a soda and spritzing in terms of feel, i love that, it makes it nice and refreshing for warm weather. the added ingredients arent at all overdone, this isnt too sweet, its not perfumey, and its not over-limed, although i get more of that than anything else, zest and juice, like a cocktail for a moment, clean. its cool that you can still taste the wheat malt here too, its not watery or thin or disguised, and there is a nice tidy freshness about the whole thing. these guys just dont get enough credit, i think all their beer is awesome, but nobody even talks about them. one of the most underrated operations in town in my opinion!
