From the slightly out of date bottle, it pours a reddish brown color with a modest head, soon diminishing to ring and continent. Sweetish malt and a touch of alcohol in the nose. The taste is pleasant, with a very light malt flavor. This beer, as the name says, is made with three malts: wheat, dinkel and emmer. Nice!
