From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a nice large off-white head that slowly reduces as you watch. In the nose, it is a bit of alcohol, fruit and grain - dinkel is spelt, an ancient grain. In the mouth, it is spicy from the spelt and feels nice. Interesting take on a doppelbock!
