Very nice and light and refreshing. No date printed on can. Pours a lighter pink-yellow-orange color with just a little fluffy white head and very scant spotty lingering lacing. Smells of berries - raspberry, strawberry, blueberry - as well as lime, malt, vanilla and some faint floral hops. Taste follows the nose, faintly good balance of saltiness and tartness. Not my usual style of beer but this one was fairly refreshing. Mild mouthfeel and good carbonation. Nice beer.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/16/2019. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense, creamy, and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tart/sour limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/spiciness and tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, fairly crisp/acidic/tangy/sticky, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance between vibrant limes, Lacto complexity, and coriander spice; with a nice sized pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
