Hopfenstopfen is an 85% white wheat hefeweizen brewed with a modified decoction mash to enhance the mild flavors of the malt. Copius dry-hopping with whole leaf hops open a big aroma of tangerine, lychee and mango that pairs beautifully with the mild lactic sourness. Pairs with creamy sauces, Vietnamese spice, fried seafood and fruity desserts.
