Texas red wine barrel-aged wheat beer. 85% white wheat Hefeweizen, Blondine, aged 3-4 months in red wine barrels to create a TX dry rose wheat beer. Each release highlights a different winery and a different varietal.

We barrel-aged out 85% white wheat sour beer, Blondine, before refermenting with TX grown red wine pomace. Our mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria create a tart, funky balance for bold grape flavors. Das Lokal drink dry and tannic with full flavors of minerality and balanced acidity. We recommend sipping, but you just do what you want. Just please put it in your face.
