we had fun with this one, a really spritzy gose type, stronger than most in this category, brewed with grapes from what i understand, but doesnt have much color to it, just hazy and pale and without a lot of head hanging around but with plenty of carbonation. it smells funky too, more wild than a normal lacto souring, some cool tang and straw and harvest elements, salty too, drying and briney in the finish, intensely flavored but rather complex and unique too. light cheesiness like their other wilds had, and some grapey brightness, good acidity, floral like hibiscus or something too but very natural, not overdone. the fruit is well fermented out here, its refreshing to me and not all that winey, despite some cool white type grape tang. fun stuff, like their others i had a little less refined than it could be in my opinion, but something cohesive and unique enough. good carbonation, weird yeast mix, subtle on the grapes. i bet this will age pretty well as it dries out even more and the funkiness comes out...
