This Extra Pale Ale is twice dry hopped and packed with plenty of Citra goodness. The fruit forward citrus aroma is first to hit your senses, followed by a palate-pleasing sweetness and a clean satisfying finish. Melanoidn malt compliments this beer beautifully by adding a note of biscuit for a delightfully fresh flavor.
The cruising speed on our beloved Erie Canal is four knots (4.6 miles per hour). At first it may seem too slow, but when you have all day to cruise and enjoy the crisp beauty of our region – or enjoy this flavor-packed session pale – it’s the perfect speed.

A solid pale ale. Really nice grapefruit aroma and flavor (more so than the grapefruit IPA, I thought). Nice malt backbone with a full mouthfeel for being just 5.0% abv. Not watery at all.

Smells dank like a big bag of kind bud. Nice orange cloudy pour. Hoppy and bitter but evenly balanced. Not overwhelming. Very earthy. My expectations were low but im pleasently surprised.

This is a solid pale ale, and it’s sad that it’s not generally available at Lock 32 anymore. Maybe they’ll bring it back one day; I’ll be glad to have it.
