Appearance: Consciously cloudy, very pale orange-hued body with half an inch of thickish, white head. Powdery lacing on the descent.
Smell: A light scent of wheat malt, some perceived oat tones and the anticipated citrus component and fragrant, fresh coriander.
Taste: Bready, biscuity accents atop the malted wheat with some nutty oats in the undercarriage. Medium degree of sweetness. Tangy orange mixed with the earthy spiciness of the coriander. Drying finish with a bit of tart, tanginess and lingering hints of citrus and spice.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A bolder wit than many, falling on the far end of the witbier spectrum.
