Appearance: A dusky golden-orange and oh my is this one clouded. Capped with an inch of white, lasting foam.
Smell: Citrus shmeered wheat malt hinting a very, very faint toasted quality and implied sweetness in the flavor. Welcome notes of banana, lemon, and spicy clove.
Taste: The tangy taste of malted wheat with a medium-light sweetness imparted. A slice of green banana, a little light lemon, and a few discarded clove buds. Low bitterness. The lemony citrus quality expands itself into the drying, near crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: A nice hefe, it's got heft without being ponderous, good carbonation, and fine flavor.
