Beautiful long staying white head, with a pale yellow, hazy color.
Citraic, grassy hops, with floral notes, with hints of yeast with bready malts.
Lovely taste, citraic hops with a chewy mouthfeel and dry bitterness, mashed up with warm and slightly sharp spices. Aftertaste is a bit too watery, as nearly no bitterness stays on the palate, after the spicy notes of the beer unfolded. The beer is a little unbalanced, as spices and metallic carbonation get more dominant as the hops, which works fine for me. Yeast and malt support the hoppy appeareance well, almost medium bodied.
