On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy pinkish-greyish-reddish colour, huge off-white / pinkish head. Strong aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. Medium sweet flavour, again notes of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, but hardly any fruity acidity. A hint of spices and hops in the finish.

33cl bottle. Light copper pour with a medium white head with decent retention. Smells of raspberry jam, caramel, prunes, raisins and a bit of cola. Sweet and slightly sour taste, with notes of raspberry and strawberry jam, caramel and a metallic note in the aftertaste.
