Seminar is a great brewery but this is an average beer. Frankly, I'm still trying to figure out what sets the wheat stout apart and I can't. It has a watery, shallow taste up front, a tangy sour taste in the middle, and a really good toasty taste on the finish. Not silky at all. Almost more like a porter than a stout. Reading my review, perhaps I need to try this again with a different palate.
