Canned on 1/9/2023. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a hazy, bright golden tangerine color with a 2-finger, fluffy, bright white cap and generous soapy lacing. A big, fruity nose with lots of pineapple, tangerine, lemon, and floral hops. It's juicy, sticky, and quite sweet with tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine, and a hint of ripe mango. However, the initial sweetness is quickly balanced by tart lemon and grapefruit and resinous pine needles. Unfortunately, the hop bill isn't indicated on the can or the brewery's website but there is significant hop bitterness at the finish. As it warms a bit there is also a crackery malt presence. It's moderate in body with fairly lively carbonation, and the 7.2% ABV gives it substance without being too heavy. Overall, Pixels is an outstanding New England IPA. It has everything you'd want in the style and it's very drinkable.

L-cloudy straw yellow. Moderate head fades quickly
S-less aroma than typical for the style. There’s some light tropical fruit but a lot of malt-like aromas as well
T-some mild tropical fruit (pineapple?) with some bread-y flavors and a peppery aftertaste.
F-moderate carbonation, certainly not light or crisp but the mouthfeel and body are typical for the style
O-a solid “New England” style IPA from an SC brewery. I enjoyed the flavors, including the peppery component but I suspect that will make or break the beer for most folks.

Old flight lady grabbed a few beers in Greenville, SC. Poured kind of a honey like color, its not a beer with clarity, but it also doesn't seem to be a hazy designation ipa, more like a distinct cloudiness to it. I dunno, could go either way. 1/2" white head. The aroma wasn't the greatest, was basically a big grip of bittering hops at this point.
Taste seemed to yield mostly a metallic bittering that wasn't too over the top. Commercial tug job notes regarding how juicy this beer is seem overplayed. I get a light pine and pineapple aspect in the taste, but the bitter mouth feel seems to be the bigger mover and shaker. You can find just a hint of mango. Light stickiness.
Can had no date on it, that's on the brewery if old, not me. This beer finished right around my average beer score. Might have been higher if those 13 stripes beers didn't blow me away. Its all relative. Big game this weekend, Georgia v. Clemson, man I can't wait for some college football this Saturday, week 1!

The colour is yellow with a slight haze and it’s topped with four fingers of off-white yellowish head.
It smells slightly of pineapple but not very aromatic.
This follows on the tongue.
It’s got kind of a sticky feel.
I got this in South Carolina a couple weeks ago, and I am drinking in Redding CA July 25, 2020.

Yellowish cloudy color. Super fruity and smooth drinking. I really liked this ipa. While it’s not a common hazy, it’s really good!!!
