Crowler from the brewery.
Appearance is dark burnished copper gold. One finger of head that lasts. Strong curtains lacing and a blanket of head are persistent.
Aromas are cantaloupe, sour pineapple, light musty apple, blood orange.
Big shift in the taste from the nose. Grapefruit pith, muted pineapple and guava, lemon, pine.
Light feel, bitter in front with subtle tropicals following. Malts are faint. Super easy drinker.
I'm becoming a fan of these single hop beers from Seminar. They are big on flavor and refreshing. I hope this one and the Mosaic become regular issues.
