Off white head. Beer looks like it could be some type of mixed fruit juice. Solid IPA

Canned 6/28/17; drank 8/6/17 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE bright white head (careful pouring!); strong, frothy lace.
Grapefruit, dry wheat & faint caramel notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel. Grapefruit, dry wheat & mild cane sugar flavors.
Decent NEIPA vibes here; not overly fruity/juicy and a bit dry, but overall drinkable.

A pint can purchased a few days ago at my local store. It was with the new arrivals and the four pack carrier has a date sticker of 06/28/17. The label states double dry hopped. Pouring the contents into a 12oz. tulip glass.
Look- Pours a murky dark gold producing a thick two fingers of creamy white foam. It settles very slowly to form a thin layer and heavy lacing.
Smell- Fresh clementines, pineapple, mango and grapefruit.
Taste- Juicy orange and pineapple along with some mango. There's a hint of floral and a slight kiss of malt in the finish.
Feel- Creamy smooth with a slight carbonation tingle on the tongue.
Overall- I've been taking chances buying these special IPA releases my store gets and have not been disappointed yet. In my opinion it's a notch below most of the NE style IPA's I usually drink from Michigan including Transient and M-43, but it's getting better with each release. This may be the best I've had so far and something I'd purchase again. My wish is in the future we'll get them a little fresher. Most of the 450 releases we see are 2-4 weeks old.
