Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint can on November 26, 2017. Look is lightly hazy orange and sticky lacing. Smell and taste is bitter citrus and pine. Feel is medium in body with a crisp finish.

A - Hazy dark orange body, big off white head, extravagant lacing, fluffy and sticky.
S - Primarily a hit of pine and resin, a bit of grapefruit and pith.
T - Grapefruit pith and flesh, a bit of resin, lemon, moving to sharp bitterness on the close.
M - Prickly, sharp, with a close with resin build.
O - This is a decent double IPA, a bit taxing but tasty.

Pretty much perfection in a glass. Beautiful color copper sandy haze. Smell is awesome. Fruity pine ina glass. Grapefruit orange peel mango sweet bready notes. The abv is up there but it’s not present at all! Fantastic! Perfect carbonation and mouth feel. A little sticky resinous dank feel i love. Smell at first is a little euro yeast or Brett. They used something here that changed the complexity. Best one in the series. Hopefully they will do a year round of this. Can’t get enough of it. Orange grapefruit juice in a can. Up there with the elite double ipas hands down. Get you some.

Hazy golden color, off-white head, gorgeous beer. Aromas are all dank, resinous hops, with an undercurrent of an almost Brett-like aroma, not quite as funky, but a touch of funk.
Hops dominate the taste, with dank flavors coexisting with piney flavors, and a sweetness that mixes well with the dank hops. A delicious offering by 450 North, I will try everything of theirs I can acquire.

This is my new favorite DIPA. Super fruity and sorta sweet with very little bitterness right at the end but not overpowering at all...

16oz canned 9/15/17 poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp 8% ABV 100 IBU. There is no mention of the hop varieties used on the label or on their website. The beer pours hazy and light copper in color. The head is off white and persistent, never actually going away and leaving plenty of lacing. The aroma is full of grapefruit rind and juice. There is a smaller amount of earth and pine present as well. The taste is semisweet, earthy, grapefruit at first with a hard hitting earthy, grapefruit rind & pine bitterness jumping in to clean up. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, well carbonated and fairly dry in the finish for the amount of hops used. There is some residual oils that keep the finish from being totally dry. Overall, very good. This beer looks and smells the part of outstanding, but could use a little more depth of flavor to be world class.
