Poured into a 450 North tulip glass, not sure when it was canned, but from the source it is fresh. Pours a straw yellow, with a nice 2 finger sticky white head that leaves beautiful lace behind.
Smell is lemon grass, biscuit, pine, and some grapefruit.
Taste follows grassy, biscuit, lemon, pine, and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is a little less than medium, plenty of carbonation, maybe a tad dry, and incredible drinkability, but has more flavor than your average 5.4%?ABV beer.
Overall this is a very nice Pilsner, I would love this in the heat of summer, but bold enough to drink in cold weather. Thanks jzeilinger for this can.

Canned on 11/2/17.
A - Pours a very vibrant medium gold color with nice clarity and a moderately thick, bright white sticky lacing ring.
S - Pungent acidic bright citrus, grassy, light earthiness. By the end of the can, this beer coats the mouth with a hefty layer of hoppy goodness.
T - Lemon bitter sweetness, light earthiness, somewhat grassy, some crackery honey malt sweetness, and nice long lingering piney bitterness.
M - Medium body with gentle, almost creamy carbonation, very dry on the finish.
O - I wish more craft brewers would approach this style... too many ales and not enough Lagers. This is a really nice Pils.
