On tap at the brewery.
A - Dark gold colored pour with dense lacing.
S - Light caramel malt, very light bourbon aroma. Overall: weak aroma for a big beer like this.
T - Cherry, oak, vanilla, bourbon, boozy sticky pear, light caramel, citrus, delicate char and a lingering bourbon/vanilla finish.
M - Big, heavy, and full bodied. Lip smacking sticky with light prickly carbonation, and a dry finish on the tongue.
O - Nice complexity here!
