Bouncy Castle is an oat IPA with over 50% oats for a soft and creamy mouthfeel. We hopped it with Amarillo, Mosaic and Motueka and then a final dry hop with 100% Mosaic.

Poured into a Nordic pint glass canned on 7/24/18. Pours a hazy orange yellow, with a 2 finger sticky off white head that leaves tons of spotty lace all over the place.
Smell is guava, papaya, mandarin orange, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows guava dominates, papaya, mandarin, and definetly some mild balanced grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is medium, moderate carbonation on the softer side, a tad sticky but not dry, and very easy drinking.
Overall a very nice NEIPA, thanks jzeilinger as always for this treat.
