1 PINT can
Served in an oversized stemless wine glass

This beer pours a murky, deep purple hue. It is topped with a fleeting head that leaves minimal head.

Smells sweet. fruity with the cherry and raspberry both being discernible.

Sweet cherry and tart raspberry flavors. The tartness is slightly outweighed by the sweetness.

Full bodied with a thick, creamy mouthfeel

Great easy drinking smoothie kettle sour

The continual blur of the lines that separates sour ale from smoothie, 450 North is content to dabble on the other side with raspberry, cherry and lemonade for an adult slushie.

Just like mulled berries in the glass, Popsicle Rocket pours like a ruddy berry slushy while teasing nose with a full berry, cherry and citrus scent. A drift of candy shops with the tangy scent of berries, ice cream and cocktail lead into a rich taste of condensed fruit, sorbet and sherbet as the initial taste is dense with cereal and fruit.

As the smoothie sour ale unabashedly saturates the tastebuds, its nearly teeth coating tartness is intense. Juicy and rich. Notions of smoothie, slushie and milkshake do come to mind. As the cherries fold into icee flavors, the suggestions of vanilla and berry soothe the senses before a light acidity steps in late. Finishing with a strong lean toward cherries, the pitted stone fruit eventually dominates the finish.

Full bodied, tangy and firmly meant as a melted popsicle, the sweet berry remnants outlast any sourness as a long aftertaste of fruit puree takes the session into a cherry smoothie direction on not exactly in the rocket popsicle one.
