This looks like opaquely dark carrot puree, with a short pastel sherbet orange head that fizzles out quickly.
This is more mango-ey than anything, including a contributory texture that's moderately velvety thick, but for a prickly carbonation. Sweet mango is delivered throughout with no bad or off notes, mildly accented by spicy sharp passion fruit, leaving minimal if any room for guava to surface.
I mean that’s about all you’re going to get. It actually has a sort of gose-like salinity to it, but any underlying Berliner qualities are completely squashed, except for the actual 8% ABV. It’d be smoothie-like, if not for the uniquely prickly carbonation that persists throughout, cutting and lifting the viscosity well.
