A: pours a deep dark red with audible carbonation
S: smells like the name implies, like sweet creamy cherry cheesecake
T: they really nailed the liquid cherry cheesecake. Actually, the perceptible cream cheese is kind of weird in liquid form as well as the, eh, crust?
Mf: thick and sugary
Overall: certainly a desert in a can. hits all the notes described in the can and is surprisingly complex. BUT it’s very and not really all that tart, so it’s tough to categorize it as a Berliner Weisse. There are better pastry sours out there
