Totally opaque dark blood red with a short mauve-pink head leaving sticky yet translucent pulp on the glass.
Quite a tangy sourness for a 450 North Slushy delivers just all the berries--juicy berry that's herbal, wild and lightly seedy. Cherry adds a note of spice, and a little acid is attributed to the currants, but overall it's a smooth expression of strawberry-raspberry, with a tart kiss almost like sweetly thick rhubarb pie.
The round body has a tingly almost stinging finish that somehow swallows clean.
