Crazily opaque brick red, a short, fizzy pinkish-red blanket dies quickly leaving tiny fruit droplets on the glass.
Impressively tart and juicy yet simultaneously dry, the fruit that is present here is herbal, tropical guava that's almost lemony, rounded by blackberry. This is all quickly smooshed to smithereens by the mallow, which in this case that uniquely toasted character you often get from sugary PEEPs.
The medium, yet damn near gooey body comes to a floral vanilla exhale as a fine cutting carbonation brings a hint of warmth to that drying finish I'd noted earlier.
