Smoothie style sour ale with cherry, red velvet cake mix, cream cheese, graham crackers, brown sugar, vanilla and lactose.

Pours a beautiful dark cherry colored liquid with a finger of bubbles quickly reducing to a still liquid. No fruit purée or sediment visible. Nose is brown sugar, cake, vanilla, and cherries. Taste follows suit with a big brown sugar note followed by cherry juice and graham cracker and finishing a creamy vanilla. Feel was thin compared to what I’ve come to expect drinking this style of beer. Overall, above average.
