Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Deep burgundy, opaque, visible particulate at the margins, scant pink sudsy head, no head retention, granular residue on side wall of glass.
Smell- Raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, boysenberry, blackberry, highly sour, moderately sweet, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Between medium and full body, average carbonation, nectar like, highly sour, moderately sweet, moderately mouth watering finish.
Overall- Deep burgundy and opaque with no head retention. Bouquet was medium strength with notes of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry. Flavor was high in strength with a profile that mimicked the bouquet. Feel was between medium and full body with high sourness and moderate sweetness. Overall this was a delicious fruit packed beer that was enjoyable to drink.
