Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Deep burgundy, opaque, below average head retention, visible particulate at the edges, sudsy pink head, granular residue on glass wall.
Smell- Raspberry, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, between medium and high strength of scent.
Taste- Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, highly sour, highly sweet, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Full body, below average carbonation, silky, highly sour, highly sweet.
Overall- Deep burgundy and opaque with a below average head retention. Bouquet was raspberry, vanilla, strawberry and blueberry with between medium and high strength. Flavor was raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and vanilla. It was highly sour and sweet with a high intensity of flavor. Full bodied and silky with a below average carbonation. Overall this beer provided a wonderful drinking experience with vibrant and diverse flavors.
