I'm blue- da ba dee da ba daa. Da ba dee da ba daa, da ba dee da ba daa, da ba dee da ba daa. Da ba dee da ba daa, da ba dee da ba daa, da ba dee da ba daa
That's the silly stuff that a beer makes you do when it's modeled after a weed strain. Pouring with a fluffy dark purple and violet color, Blue Dream with Marshmallow opens with a dense and full pulpy pour of heavy cream, matte purple and ruddy midnight blue hues while patiently pulling a creamy lavender froth from it's body underneath. With a strong scent of dark berry and red winey character, the luscious ale soon leads to a candied sweet taste of taffy, rollup and poundcake with those sweet cream and fruity tendencies.
As the berry flavors fully flood the tastebuds, the middle palate is awash in all-things-berry and their resemblances to mall rat slushy and juice box. Juicy, creamy and rich, the session is set up like alcoholic jam laded with vanilla, cream and a hint of red wine alcohol and fruit pectins as the session wages on.
Full bodied, creamy and unapologetically sweet, the playfully cloying ale finishes malty-sweet with cereal, vanilla and sherbet flavor deep into an aftertaste of fruit skins, skins and dank fruity bitterness.
