Should come with the instructions ’stir well before serving!’ Cloudy yellow in color. Maple on nose. HEAVY maple. Thick mouthfeel. Taste is maple cake batter. Surprisingly not much sourness

Just when its seems that 450 North had no other tricks up their sleeve, here comes a Christmas sour ale that no one saw coming. A slightly fruity ale woven together with gingerbread, cinnamon, vanilla and banana gives this Christmas ale a surprise in every sip.
Dressed in an ice frosting appearance of smoky white, Making Christmas Lite then surprises the senses with a fruity-sweet scent of tropical fruit, birthday cake and a kiss of maple. Expected sweetness of powdered sugar, cream soda and a hint of brown sugar tease the senses with bubbly cake batter flavor.
As the ale rolls across the middle palate, the ale forgoes any notions of traditional beer before embracing fruity flavors of banana, pawpaw, light mango and lychee. A late tease of tartness is the only sense of sourness that balances the session and brings a reprieve from the sweetness and a slim level of sensibility to the session.
Full bodied, creamy and finishing with a mild cinnamon warmth, small suggestions of banana foster leaves sweet lasting memories.
