If you're not putting a pot smoking frankenstein on your label, are you even 420ing bruh?
Pouring a nearly radioactive neon green, 450 North kicks off their favorite spring holiday with a bubbly and still Frankendank slushy sour ale that tingles the nose with the promised fruitiness of citrus, apple and tropical fare. Candied sweet in taste, the early palate is jolly rancher through and through. Tepid sourness rises to give the fruits of key lime, green apple, pineapple and mango a slightly elevated tartness with little balance elsewhere. Fruity, candied and seltzer-like, the fruit cocktail also reads like sugary kiwi, honeydew and basil.
Sweet, sugary and cloying, the beer is basically an alcoholic squeezebox.
